Warrantee Policy

All products are warranted by the manufacturer. Conexis Direct will assist in processing your warrantee with the manufacturer. Dental electro-medical equipment is identified with unique serial numbers for follow ups and service requirements.

Defective products can be returned to the manufacturer in exchange for the exact same product. Defective products may only be returned within fifteen (15) days of the date you have received your product. The manufacturer will repair or replace any defective part at no charge unless otherwise stated.

Conexis Direct is not responsible for labor or shipping charges to and from the manufacturer for warrantee repairs or product replacement. Shipping is insured at 100% of the goods value with the shipping agent who assumes the responsibility for safe delivery of merchandise.

The product manufacturer and Conexis Direct do not cover damage resulting from use with defective or incompatible equipment, improper installation, misuse, or accidents incurred in shipping and handling. Coenxis Direct reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notification.

The shipping agent assumes full responsibility for safe delivery of all merchandise. All claims against the shipping carrier must be initiated at the time the damaged items are received by the customer. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier immediately upon discovery with a request for inspection.

Return Policy

We can only process returns for defective items purchased within the previous fifteen (15) days. Returned goods require prior authorization by Conexis Direct and the manufacturer. All returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer and require a formal RMA issued by Conexis Direct along with with a full explanation of what it is defective.

Do not return items to the manufacturer or to Conexis Direct without a formal RMA. Items sent to the manufacturer or to Conexis Direct without an RMA will be rejected and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

A 25% restocking fee is charged by manufacturers for returns due to the health code requirements to reprocess products and repackage them for sale.

Before you open a package, please ensure that it contains the item that you ordered. Small equipment that has been opened or used, such as handpieces or scalers or sensors, cannot be returned for credit or exchange due to health code requirements. It will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

The following items can not be returned:

  • Items that have been used or come in contact with any human fluid
  • Items that have been sterilized
  • Opened or Demo Items
  • Items not purchased within the previous 15 days
  • Small equipment, custom ordered Items, and personalized items
  • Special ordered items that we do not normally stock
  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

Order Placement

Conexis Direct accepts payment for purchases on our secure website with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Paypal, and Pay by Amazon. In limited circumstances you can pay using our emailed order form.

Prices for products, sales tax, shipping, or any other charges will be listed on your sales receipt.

Full payment is due before orders are shipped. Sales are final after shipment has left our distribution center.

Conexis Direct reserves the right to hold orders until payment information can be confirmed. A Conexis Direct representative regarding your purchase may contact you.
